An Ode to Stairs
A Frank Poem

I had an idea for a poem pop into my head, and I’ve never written any type of poetry before so this is my first attempt into it. I hope you enjoy.
I’ve been praying to stairs
For years and years.
They never heed my call
For one hilarious fall.
Back from another Florida trip,
I just want to see a glorious slip.
Each step delivering a slap,
His wig gets caught in a gap.
The Secret Service watches close,
But stairs, you’re who I need the most.
Next time you’re unfurled,
Please save the world.

I'm with Dilligaf (below), the world lives in hope that the steps may be a ladder to peace and prosperity for all, not just the few.
Bravo! LOL Excellent :o)
You speak to the nation with this one, Frank ;o)
